Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You confirm your age when you create an account. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. If you use DualFlow for a business, you confirm you're authorised to act for it.

DualFlow is an AI software platform that helps you organise your personal life and run business operations in one place. It is software — it is not a bank, a broker, a law firm, an accountant, or a medical, financial, or legal advisor. Features are provided "as available" and evolve over time.

You keep all rights to the content you create (notes, tasks, messages, documents, business records). You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the service can work. Because DualFlow is operator-blind by design (split-key encryption + on-device de-identification), we cannot read your personal content even with full server access — on every plan, free or paid. Privacy is the baseline, not an upgrade; paid plans add compute, not access to your data. We do not use your private content to train models without your explicit, revocable opt-in. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.

Don't use DualFlow to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attack or probe the service, scrape it, resell it without permission, or attempt to bypass security, tenancy isolation, or usage limits. Don't use it to harm others. We may suspend or remove access for serious or repeated breaches.

DualFlow uses AI to assist you. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Outputs are suggestions, not professional advice, and nothing runs irreversibly without you approving it. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it — especially for money, health, legal, and safety decisions. We don't warrant that outputs are accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before the next renewal — for App Store purchases, manage and cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings (Apple's standard terms and refund policy apply); for card purchases, manage in the app or contact us. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice; changes don't affect the period you've already paid for. Subscriptions use secure card payment. Tycoon Coin is earned via verified good work that runs off-device — never by mining on your device.

Tycoon Coin is a non-tradable, in-app utility credit earned through verified useful work. It is not money, not an investment, not a security, and carries no profit promise or redemption for cash. We may adjust how it is earned or spent as the product evolves.

Optional integrations you connect (e.g. AI providers, open banking via TrueLayer, payments via Stripe or the App Store) are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. We only pass along the data a feature you enabled requires.

The DualFlow software, brand, and design are ours (or our licensors'). These terms don't give you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You can stop anytime and delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete my account), which erases your on-device data, requests deletion of any synced copy, and issues a signed proof-of-deletion certificate. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or where we must for legal or security reasons.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be surfaced in-app, and continuing to use DualFlow means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you rights that apply regardless.
